UnCapped is on the road again. On a recent trip to Pittsburgh, Chris recorded three episodes. This was the third one to be recorded but is the first in the series to be released. Chris talked to Andrew Witchey, founder and owner of Dancing Gnome, about how he got into brewing, where the brewery’s name came from, and its need to expand already. They also talked about Lustra Day, a festival that’ll take place at the brewery August 4.
