Reese Poffenbarger, Middletown High graduate, University of Miami QB

As he prepares for his first season with the stories University of Miami football program, quarterback Reese Poffenbarger, a Middletown High School graduate, is this week's guest on The Final Score podcast.

Poffenbarger speaks with host Greg Swatek about what his life has been like since transferring to Miami in January from the University of Albany, where he led the Great Danes to the Football Championship Subdivision (Division I-AA) national title game last season.

He talks about meeting and building relationships with some of the legendary players that have played at Miami, including Michael Irvin, Jim Kelly and former Heisman Trophy winner Gino Torretta. And he talks about his relationship and what he has learned from presumptive starter Cam Ward, as well as how he envisions his role in the program going forward.
