After selling his brewery is started the podcast "How NOT to start a Damn Brewery" as a form of therapy for what he had been through. He has also written a book of the same name. We talked a lot about the struggles that the craft beer industry is facing, and he gave his advice on what he thinks a brewery needs to be doing to survive.
