We discussed their new location that will consist of increased production space as well as a much larger taproom. The new facility will be opening on May 5. They also talked about the hurdles they met in opening the new facility and their plans for the original brewery.

We recently had the opportunity to head out to Baltimore, MD to check out the Sagamore Spirit distillery. After touring the impressive facility, we sat down with President and co-founder Brian Treacy to get their story. In this episode, we talk about their devotion to Maryland, the farm that they source their proofing water and some of their rye from, and their ready-to-drink canned cocktails. We also learned about and sampled several of their amazing rye whiskies.

We met up with them to talk about the first hop that has been discovered to be unique to Maryland. They told us the story of how it was discovered, the research that has been done, and the grant they received to further study this hop.
